Fashion designer Max Azria and his wife Lubov Azria are selling their fashionable estate in Los Angeles. The modern luxury mansion, named Maison Du Soleil, or better known as 10250 West Sunset, is located in Holmby Hills.

The design of Maison Du Soleil is luxurious and sophisticated. In its two-story entrance hall, a floor-to-ceiling waterfall chandelier, made of over 150,000 crystals, is quite glittery and eye-catching. Within the main house, furniture and adornments with contrasting colors harmoniously match the light-tone atmosphere.

The mansion features everything you can imagine, including a 6,000 square-foot movie theater, a pristine pool and pool house, a greenhouse that was converted into a gym, five backyard gardens, tennis court and more.

Maison Du Soleil was originally designed in the 1930s by Paul Williams, an architect to the stars. The Azrias bought the mansion in 2015 and spent $30 million on renovations, according to public records.

In 2015, the mansion was on the market for $85 million, but failed to sell. Now it’s still available, but at an even higher price tag of $88 million.
