Batulao Artscapes, a 350-acre art park developed and envisioned by Filipino real estate developer and art collector Robbie Antonio, is slated to feature museums designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architects and 4,000 homes in the Philippines. The exquisite new $800 million development is made up of four museums, including a visual arts museum designed by Jean Nouvel and and architecture and design museum by Christian de Portzamparc.
“Batulao Artscapes is meant to be the world’s first livable art park, where you can live in and amongst wonderful works of art,” Antonios remarks. “With this project, we hope to create a cultural landmark in Southeast Asia.” As for the homes themselves? They’re pre-crafted by Revolution Precrafted, a unique and bold collection of pre-crafted and limited-edition homes, and buyers who want to be a part of the artistic action can select between 20 designs during the first development phase. Prices for homes are set to range from $60,000 to $600,000.
In addition to the extraordinary homes and brilliant museums, Batulao Artscapes will also feature casual and formal dining options, as well as venue space for festivals and fairs.
