Canada Goose, one of the world’s leading makers of luxury performance apparel and coats, has arrived in Chicago just in time for what’s sure to be a freezing Windy City winter. Located in the gorgeous Park Hyatt Chicago at 800 N. Michigan Ave., the stunning 10,000-square-foot boutique takes its place front and center on the Magnificent Mile on iconic Michigan Avenue. The store takes its cues from Canadian design elements, featuring marble quarried in British Columbia, and offering both seasonal and year-round extensive collections to guests staying at the Park Hyatt Chicago and native Chicagoans alike.

“Chicago’s a world-renowned shopping destination and I’m proud to bring our Canadian heritage, experience and unparalleled product to its historic streets,” said Dani Reiss, Canada Goose president and CEO.

The Chicago boutique, in addition to offering exclusive jacket designs, features gorgeous artwork and polar bear sculptures. Over the last 60 years, the Canada Goose has become synonymous with luxury outerwear, and the Chicago store meshes the brand’s authentic heritage and commitment to craftsmanship with modern design. And not only that, but the newest store also coincides with the 60th birthday of Canada goose, as well as Canada’s 150th birthday.

Canada Goose Chicago is the brand’s third retail store, and by the end of 2017 four more flagships are expected to open.
