Aston Martin has conquered the automobile and sea worlds, producing some of the world’s finest cars and boats. Now, the company has expanded to real estate, introducing the Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Miami. Developed in conjunction with G&G Business Developments, the project has officially broken ground. The 66-story residential tower, scheduled to be completed in 2021, exemplifies the British brand’s “Art of Living” philosophy, and the glass-encased tower represents their ideology of innovation and authenticity.
The elegantly curved building mimics the brand’s iconic DB5 automobile, in architectural form. According to the luxury company, owners will be treated to a wide variety of services – which makes sense, considering there are four levels of amenities. These unparalleled amenities include an Infiniti pool with a sky bar, boxing gym, virtual golf room, full-service spa, 24-hour butler, a self-parking garage and private docks for yacht owners.
The properties themselves range from one to five-bedroom units, featuring 1o to 12-foot ceilings, custom kitchens, white marble flooring, glass windows, European cabinetry and private balconies. As for the penthouses? The 19,000-square-foot units must be seen to be believed, equipped with private elevators and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Aston Martin Chief Creative Officer Marek Reichman has carefully selected all colors, design details and materials for the units, and owners even have the chance to work alongside him to create their dream homes. Prices begin at $600,000 and go to $8.5 million, with penthouses costing between $14 million and $50 million.
